Nice Thot is dedicated to empowering aspiring young entrepreneurs in the clothing industry. To assist startups manage costs and reduce risk, we offer a low Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of 30 pieces per design per colour.
Our apparel production process is carried out through a series of carefully managed stages, from concept development to final delivery.
Here’s a detailed overview of each step

1. Design and Development
We can assist to create detailed technical sketches and specifications (Tech Pack), including measurements, construction details, and fabric choices for your designs.

2. Sourcing Materials
We can assist in identifying and sourcing appropriate fabrics and trims for each design.

3. Pattern Making
We will start creating patterns and grading for each piece of the garment, ensuring accurate dimensions and shapes.

4. Sample Making
We will produce the sample garment using the final pattern and selected materials for each design.

5. Production Planning
We will confirm the order details with you and schedule the production timeline to meet the specified delivery deadline.

6. Cutting and Sewing
Our factory will start cutting and sew the cut pieces together following the technical specifications.

7. Quality Control
We will conduct inspection at various production stages to ensure adherence to quality standards. Additionally, any required testing, such as colorfastness, shrinkage, and durability, will be performed to ensure that the garments meet industry standards.

8. Packaging and Shipping
We will ensure all garments are neatly folded and packed according to your specifications. Lastly, a final inspection will be conducted to ensure all garments meet the quality and packaging standards before shipping them out to you.
